About Ludik
the snuggle buddy who's got your back

One site, one snuggle buddy with a pencil on his ear, one mission: save you 2 hours on every toy purchase. Here's how I work.

Why Ludiktoy, the kids' toy guide, exists

Picking a toy shouldn't take 2 hours of Amazon research. Yet in 2026, that's still the reflex for many parents: open 12 tabs, read 200 reviews, compare 8 prices, and end up buying the first on the list out of exhaustion.

Ludiktoy is the opposite: I do the sorting for you, based on clear criteria (actual age fit, materials, durability, value for money). I keep what's worth recommending, I drop what doesn't hold up.

Hey, I'm Ludik — the snuggle buddy who's got your back on toy choices

🐻 The snuggle buddy who's got your back

I'm the site's snuggle buddy. A pencil on my ear. A notebook in my paw. My days? I note what I see on Amazon listings, I re-read parent reviews, I dig through the tech sheets, and I sort everything so you find what works for your buddy fast. When I love a toy, I say so — when it doesn't hold up, same thing.

How I pick and review the kids' toys I recommend

  • Monthly Amazon curation — every month I go through every link on the site, drop what's out of stock or broken, add the newcomers worth it.
  • 5 articles per week — every week I cover one age range (0-12 months, 1-3 years, 3-6 years, 6-12 years). Enough to fuel your thinking without drowning you.
  • Systematic standards check — every reference I recommend passes my filter: EN71/CE standard, 2+ years durability, defensible value.
  • Editorial decisions in full freedom — no brand can buy a slot in my comparison guides. Sponsored content is always labeled "In partnership with".

My editorial commitments: independence and affiliate transparency

  • No fabricated testimonials. No invented names, no fake quotes.
  • Transparent affiliation. Amazon links fund the site without biasing my rankings. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.
  • Minimum quarterly updates on every age guide.
  • Verifiable sources — when I quote a number or a study, I give the link.
